Not a valuation or professional opinion
The Service does not provide a market valuation, appraisal, comparable-sales opinion, building inspection, engineering certification, environmental site assessment, survey, title opinion, legal advice, mortgage or lending advice, tax advice, insurance advice, planning approval, or other regulated professional service.
Environmental evidence has limits
Environmental screening depends on the sources, provider coverage, location, resolution, freshness, and evidence available for the requested property. A returned “no intersection”, “not found”, unavailable result, or out-of-coverage result must not be interpreted as proof that a hazard, restriction, water feature, geological issue, groundwater condition, or other concern is absent.
Condition evidence is user-recorded
Structured property-condition evidence is based on the inspection, disclosure, warranty, observation, or other source identified by the user. Unless expressly stated otherwise, Geolapis has not independently inspected the property or verified the source document. Omitted findings are not automatically treated as “no issue”.
Scores are not probabilities or recommendations
Scores are deterministic planning indicators based on configured inputs and evidence. They are not probabilities of loss, future value, structural failure, flood occurrence, insurability, financing approval, or investment return. Property Intelligence does not issue a final Buy / Negotiate / Wait / Avoid instruction.
